The Website and its services are for informational purposes only.
DicDoc does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.
2. Nature of the Service
The information available on this Website, including outputs generated by our AI-powered sexual health image analysis tool, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The service:
- Does not constitute medical advice
- Does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
- Does not create a doctor–patient relationship
- Is not a substitute for in-person medical assessment

3. AI Image Analysis Service
DicDoc provides access to an AI-powered sexual health image analysis tool.
Use of the AI Image Analysis Service is additionally governed by our:

By accessing or using the AI Image Analysis Service, you agree to both:
- These Website Terms of Use; and
- The AI Image Analysis Terms & Software Licence Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the AI Image Analysis Terms, the AI Image Analysis Terms shall prevail in relation to the AI service.
4. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- Access the Website and services on your own behalf.
The Website and AI services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or over.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Impersonate another person;
- Upload images of another person without their explicit consent;
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or non-consensual content;
- Upload images of minors;
- Attempt unauthorised access to the Website or underlying systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the service;
- Use the service for commercial exploitation or resale.
DicDoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
6. Image Submission
Users must only upload images:
- Of their own body;
- For personal informational use;
- That do not contain identifiable facial features or unrelated identifiable characteristics.
DicDoc cannot independently verify the origin of uploaded images and relies on users to comply with these requirements.

7. Third Party Services
DicDoc relies on third-party providers, including payment processors and licensed AI technology providers.
Where you access the AI Image Analysis Service, additional third-party technology terms may apply as described in the AI Image Analysis Terms & Software Licence Agreement.
DicDoc is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by third-party systems outside our control.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
DicDoc processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
While we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content, branding, layout, and materials are owned by or licensed to DicDoc.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, DicDoc shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss;
- Loss arising from reliance on informational content;
- Loss arising from delayed or avoided medical consultation;
- Technical failures outside our control.
